Spring Cleaning
Spring Cleaning
Spring is almost here! Yeah, I know, I don’t believe it either. But in case it does come, we have the traditional rite this time of year known as ‘Spring Cleaning’. Ah yes, the glorious thought of opening up our windows, washing the floors, and setting everything right from the accumulated grime of winter.
Our bodies need to be cleaned out from time to time too. Detoxification is a buzz word of late, but if you ask ten people what it is, you ’ll probably get ten different answers. There is no one correct definition, rather there are a multitude of ways to help your body rid itself of toxins, which, no matter how hard we try to avoid them, do tend to accumulate.
My version involves focusing on enhancing the liver’s ability to break down toxins. You can assume that if you’ve lived in our modern, chemical-filled environment, your liver has lost some ability to cleanse your body of what shouldn’t be in there. The end result is low energy, pain, foggy head and generally just not feeling right. These unprocessed toxins floating around in your bloodstream can raise your risk of cancer and autoimmunity as well.
For those who are interested in having 2020 be a healthier, more energetic year, we have a new product, Dynamic Detox (click here to learn more : http://www.kmhc.com/services-provided/) which can make the whole process easy and very effective. The process takes one month. Dynamic Detox is a drink that you consume once or twice a day. I have a recommended protocol that we will furnish you with.
In addition, I recommend following principles of good health including the following:
• Consume a diet predominantly consisting of fresh organic produce, organic protein sources, and healthy fats.
• Exercise daily
• Drink half your body weight in ounces of purified, mineralized water
• Take time to breathe deeply throughout the day
• Make rest a high priority
Done properly, you can look forward to enhanced metabolism, which, yes folks, means weight loss, more energy and less pain.
