Updates from KMHC RE: Covid-19 & Office Operations

Dear Patients,
We just wanted to let you all know that KMHC will still be open to serve you through this virus pandemic. We are taking extraordinary measures to keep our facility clean and safe. We ask that you stay home and reschedule your appointment if you are experiencing any of the triad of symptoms* associated with the Corona virus. These include fever, cough (dry) and shortness of breath. We will also be asking you to wash your hands immediately upon arriving at our office. If you are in the elderly population or have any compromise to your immune system we completely understand if you want to wait it out at home. We’ll be happy to see you in a few weeks! If you do still prefer to be seen, we will take every measure we possibly can to ensure your safety.

Most of the current data shows that although this virus is very contagious, the great majority of people who contract it will have mild symptoms and be ill for a short time. It also is predicted that this virus will peak and fall off relatively quickly as the weather warms up. We are choosing to err on the side of hyper vigilance. Your health is too important to us to take any unneeded risks. Take care of each other and let us know how we can help you make it through this with flying colors!
